چکیده
In recent decades, gut microbiota have received emerging attention regarding their integral role in chronic liver disease progression, given the anatomic connection and gut–liver axis. Emerging evidence has indicated a complex link between hepatocellular carcinoma. This review explores pathophysiological crosstalk dysbiosis hepatocarcinogenesis. The metabolic immunologic effects mediated by gut-microbiota-derived metabolites, such as bile acids, short-chain fatty alcohol, could impact aberrant biological behavior of also investigates value novel non-invasive diagnostic biomarkers for early detection carcinoma, summarizes changes spectrum patients with cancer. current literature studies on adjuvant agents cancer immunotherapy are reviewed.

Gut Microbiota and Hepatocellular Carcinoma.
BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common complication of liver diseases such as those related to viral hepatitis and liver cirrhosis. The gut-liver axis is gaining increasing attention as a key pathophysiological mechanism responsible for the progression of HCC. Here, we will review the data from the published literature to address the association between HCC and gut microbiota. ...
متن کاملThe Crosstalk between the Gut Microbiota and Mitochondria during Exercise
Many physiological changes occur in response to endurance exercise in order to adapt to the increasing energy needs, mitochondria biogenesis, increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and acute inflammatory responses. Mitochondria are organelles within each cell that are crucial for ATP production and are also a major producer of ROS and reactive nitrogen species during intense exercis...
متن کاملProbiotics modulated gut microbiota suppresses hepatocellular carcinoma growth in mice.
The beneficial roles of probiotics in lowering the gastrointestinal inflammation and preventing colorectal cancer have been frequently demonstrated, but their immunomodulatory effects and mechanism in suppressing the growth of extraintestinal tumors remain unexplored. Here, we adopted a mouse model and metagenome sequencing to investigate the efficacy of probiotic feeding in controlling s.c. he...
متن کاملRelationship between gut microbiota and type 2 diabetes
Diabetes is the most common endocrine disease following the spread of metabolic diseases worldwide. Diabetes is also the fifth leading cause of death in the world. Patients with type 2 diabetes account for about 90% of people with diabetes. Studies over the past years have shown a significant association between intestinal microbiota, intestinal dysbiosis, and metabolic syndrome. Changes in the...
